It is essential that prior to your departure from Australia, you have fully read & understood the booking conditions.
Please note that most hotels check in time is 12 noon, and check out time is 10am. If earlier guaranteed room use is required, the previous night must be pre-booked and prepaid.
In the unlikely event of any difficulty being encountered with pre-purchased services, you must refer the matter to our local representative or the supplier immediately so the matter can be settled at the time. It is too late to rectify a difficulty after you have utilised the service or after you return to Australia.
AMENDMENTS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE
Should you request any alteration after documentation and vouchers have been issued, a charge may apply for processing the alteration and issuing new vouchers unless the alteration is treated as a cancellation.
AMENDMENTS AFTER DEPARTURE
Grey Nomads Travel and Cruise is unable to assist in changing your arrangements after you have left Australia. Should your plans change whilst overseas, please contact directly the service provider listed on the voucher who may levy an amendment fee for the service. Please note, no refund is available on your return to Australia, should you amend your travel arrangements overseas.
Please note that prepaid services not utilised are non refundable. If you decide to change hotels, flights & tour arrangements, you will be responsible for additional costs. Original arrangements will be non-refundable.
Grey Nomads Travel and Cruise and associated representatives will not accept responsibility nor approve a request to pay the cost for extra services requested by a client not included as prepaid on the voucher. It is your responsibility to settle these costs, when incurred, direct with the supplier.
PRODUCT OR SERVICES SUPPLIED
If our supplier must alter the itinerary, product of similar value may be supplied.
Principals will only accept an official Grey Nomads Travel and Cruise voucher or their own voucher validated by Grey Nomads Travel and Cruise. Lost, stolen, unused or destroyed vouchers cannot be replaced or refunded.
If you break your journey at any point, please reconfirm your onward or return reservation with the airline. Failure to re-confirm may result in the cancellation of your reservation.
PASSPORT & VISAS
Please note that a passport with at least 6 months validity is required for all International travel. A visa may be required for your journey, please check with Grey Nomads Travel and Cruise.
All times shown in your itinerary are local times. They are correct at time of itinerary preparation, but may vary. Please re-confirm times with appropriate airline in each city. All airlines require check-in at the airport at least 2 hours prior to departure for International flights and at least 50 minutes prior to Domestic flight departures. Please be aware times prior to 0600 are early in the morning and you may need to check in prior to midnight of the date before.
Please be aware that Travel Insurance is available to cover cancellation, loss of luggage, medical costs, etc. Benefits of travel insurance have been satisfactorily explained by Grey Nomads Travel and Cruise. Please also be aware that Travel Insurance attached to credit card payments for tickets is not always sufficient cover for your needs.
